Q: Can you match the colour of the windowsills on my house?

A: There are two things that affect the colour of custom concrete products. The pigment used, and the colour of the aggregate. We can usually match at least one, if not both.

Q: How do you make the products

A: The ingredients are carefully measured and mixed, then poured into wooden forms. Different processes are applied depending on required finishes. We then allow a proper cure time of 21-28 days before delivering or installing the product.

Q. Why would I get custom concrete sills or other products?

A: Almost all of our products are produced to match existing structures. Most houses from 1900-1950 have custom concrete sills and the companies that made them no longer exist. We are able to create reasonably accurate historical reproductions to keep the character of the structure intact.

Estimates FAQ

Q: How do you price your estimates?
A: Estimate prices are based on either square footage/number of units or by number of workers x number of days. Company costs such as trucks, gas, storage, insurance, advertising, offices etc. are added to the estimates as a fixed percentage.

Q. Can I get a better deal by getting more work done?
A. Yes. Square footage and per unit prices are lower with higher volumes. Doing 2 jobs at the same time will often lower the overall price.

Q. Who does your estimates?
A. All the estimates are done by one of our experienced estimators. The owner Dan Bloom, Matt Marshall and Shawna Allen handle the workload.

Q. How soon can I get an estimator to come by?
A. We strive to get you an estimator as quickly as possible, generally with 1-2 weeks. If you submit photos via email or our website, we can get you an estimate even faster. We are experiencing an influx of review during COVID, causing a delay, we thank you for your patience as there are longer than normal wait times.
